Milani LIQUIF EYE metallic eye liner Pencil
I cannot say anything bad about this eyeliner so this won’t be a review… but a praise.. can I get a hurray!!! Milani has released the unthinkable.. a drugstore eyeliner worthy of a spot in Nordstroms.Yes, it is that amazing. Why you ask? Well.. it is rich in pigmentation, glides on with ease and won’t come off until you are ready to remove it. I even wore it in the shower on my hand to see if it would smudge or budge.
