Get The Look: Katy Perry’s Retro Swoopy Hairstyle

I don’t know about you, but I’m obsessed with how stunningly mature Katy Perry has looked lately. I got the chance to style her for the exciting Vanity Fair Oscars party and, like the look I created on her for the Grammy’s this year, we decided to let her hair loose to show-off her full, shiny locks. Her dark brown hair complimented her voluptuous red-striped dress amazingly.

If you want to get Katy’s look try these steps:

Wash with Pantene Pro-V Ice Shine Shampoo & Conditioner to clean and achieve a naturally reflective surface. Mist a leave-in conditioner and the Pantene Pro-V Volume Root Lifter Spray Gel in damp hair to prepare for styling and blow dry. Next, section hair into a side part, setting small sections of hair in a 2″ curling iron directing them away from the part, and misting each section of hair with the volume root lifter gel.
