Quick Inglot Ideas and Test Run

Here are two super quick Inglot looks to check out. This is the first time I put them on my lids and they are amazing. Soft, pigmented and they look great on camera. I hope this gives you a better idea of what the shadows look like on the lids. These colors are super sparkly and I love it!!!
I just put on a little MAC Creme Color Base Nude prior to shadow application. A little goes a long way with these colors. I am diggin’ the small glitters in the shadows. It almost looks like dancin’ water.

Inglot Swatches
Hopefully the world is ready for the LA premier of Inglots!!! Only at TMS tomorrow- March 1st. We are not sure when it will be back again:(
I had to snag whatever I could today because they are not available online until further notice. If you want this line you have to either live outside of the States or Live in NY. So if you are in NY go to INGLOTS!!! You will find love
The Show Price is $37 for 10 shadows in one palette. I am not sure what the retail price it. I heard it was $4 each color
So I would guess it is around $50-$60 retail?
What do you think of the swatches? Will you buy it ?

Review to come after I wear it a bit. I bought the 4 of 10 pan palette. Please stop on by pursebuzz.com all month long for some larger swatches and review
Hard Candy Review and Swatches

OH man I am pooped! I had to work today from 9-7 and then ran home for a quick break and then back to work from 9-11. And I am finally able to work on some fun stuff. Forgive me if this comes out all scatter brained.. it’s cause I am feeling that way;P

Hard Candy is back and is now available at Walmart.com. There are somethings I like about Hard Candy and somethings I find just “mediocre”. Out of all the products PR sent I really think Flirt’s color and Heartbreaker’s non sticky feeling stood out to me. Flirt’s intense color and applicator was super unique. It had a clicky pen and a brush tip (like Stilas) you had to click about 30 times the first time but after that it was smooth sailing.

Jesse’s Girl Eye Dusts Review and Swatches

Filed under Brands, Jesse's Girl, Swatches
Jesse’s Girl is available online and at your local Rite Aid. These Eye dusts are only $3.99 and come in a bunch of colors.
They appear to me as mineral shadows but no where does it say that so I am not going to say mineral shadow here. But if you are familiar with mineral shadow textures then you can image how these feel. Some of them are better than others. Below I have broken them down by colors and a description of how I see the color.
Top Picks:
- Kiwi Rose
- Blackstar Blue
- Rouge Flambie
- Secret Weapon
- Trouble Maker or Margi Gras ( they look very similar)
If you want more I like these too:
- All but the ones I recommend to pass on
Pass:
- Sparkle Gold
- Baby Blue

Illamasqua Eyeshadow Issues

After watching this video I had to help repost this video of gossmakeupartist.
I personally felt the same about some of Illasmaqua’s shadows I have two that I love love ,some that are cool and some that are meh. I did a quick initial review (reposted below). I should bust out with them again and see if I have changed my mind. What colors do you have and love? What do you hate?
This is not to say that other brands come out with perfect shadows but for $20 I expect butter and war paint ( soft and pigmented) for all brands.

Filed under Brands, Cosmetic Tutorials, Green, Illamasqua, Looks 4 Inspiration, PurpleWhile the Intense look was amazing I wasn’t too impressed with this one. I felt like the colors in the Pot were amazing and on the lid it was just not the same. The colors appear to be lighter on the lid and a diff shade than in the pot
