MAC In the Groove Lipstick Swatches and Review
I have to start off this review with I was hoping for more I understand that everyone has different tastes when it comes to lipsticks but I am sure that most of us don’t want sheer inconsistent lipsticks. Lets get right into the review shall we?
Colour plus texture for the lips. Stands out on the runway. Simmers on the street! What made M·A·C famous. $14.00

MAC Alice + Olivia Dazzleglass Creme Collection: Review, Photos, Swatches
I lubbes these!!!!
I have always been a fan of MAC Dazzleglasses because they just shine like a discoball. These luxurious glosses come with a hefty price of $18.00 for .09 oz of gloss but if you don’t care and just want that sparkle this is it. It has a bit of a sweet scent and bursts of sparkle. If you like a lot of sparkle and shine then these are perfect for you. I have almost every color of MAC’s Dazzleglass and everytime I wear it someone notices that I have on MAC’s Dazzleglass. They even ask me if I am wearing MAC Dazzleglass.. isn’ that amazing?
All of these are semi pigmented and full of shimmer while Sparklicious has an extra amount of dazzle. All of them are Semi thick and gel like with medium-full on stickiness.
Are you going to pick them up? If you can’t decide I recommend I want Candy and if you like sparkle go for Sparklicous.

MAC Alice + Olivia Collection: Pigments Review,Photos and Swatches
I love love love pigments.. I am not crazy about the new containers because they are so light weight and don’t blend in with the rest of my pigments but for these colors I will make the sacrifice.
A limited-edition Pigment specially shaded and packaged for the M∙A∙C alice + olivia collection. Reflecting the influences of this hip-to-be-haute fashion label, the outer and inner sleeves feature a collage of elements from the label’s Fall ‘10 mood board. $19.50
- Later.- Black pigment with magenta/purple specks. Would look pretty on top of a metallic purple base. This one is pretty, but doesn’t catch my eyes like the other two.
- If it Sparkles- Opalescent pink in frosty white pigment. This might take the place of my Vanilla pigment
- Partylicious- Deep aqua teal with soft gold undertones. Very soft and applies very smoothly.
MAC Alice + Olivia Collection: Nail Lacquers Photos and Swatches
MAC will be releasing 3 new polishes with three different finishes. While I wanted to experience something new and exciting it was not. In the images below you will see swatches after 3 coats. I just got these so it is hard to say how long they will last. I assume 4-5 days with a good top coat.
The all-out pretty-yet-edgy spirit of the M∙A∙C alice + olivia collection gets captured in this one-of-a-kind Nail Lacquer. a + o aficionados will be hip to the graphic look of the outer packaging inspired by designer Stacey Bendet’s seasonal mood board. Limited edition. $12.00
MAC Nail Lacquers:
- Morning.After.- This is a cremey blue aqua. Very pretty color but not something I haven’t seen before. If this is your favourite color, then yes pick it up but if you could care less about blue aqua then save your money on this one.
- So Rich So Pretty- A very frosty “pretty” magenta purple. Again, this is probably easily found with other brands so its not special. I think the color is great but its just not unique and special.
- Military- Gunmetal with flecks of silver. I believe Zoya had one of these last year. So if you missed that one by all means get this one. I think its the funnest of the bunch.
